How Harbor2Arbor Watch-Buying Pools Work
Harbor2Arbor brings watch enthusiasts together to access tiered group-buy pricing. You choose the specific watch you want; the pool combines commitments from different eligible watches in the same retail-price bracket.
1. Find a watch in your price bracket
Explore recognized watch brands and choose the model you prefer. A pool counts all watch units committed within its eligible bracket, even if other buyers pick different models.
2. Join the group and review your total
Sign in, choose the quantity and enter your shipping address. Harbor2Arbor calculates your personalized maximum, including applicable sales tax and any customer-facing shipping cost, before you approve payment terms.
3. Unlock better prices together
High Five starts at 5 committed watches. Power Ten starts at 10. Lucky 13 begins at 13 committed watches, when the buying pool stops accepting new commitments and moves into order verification.
4. Pay when your pool closes
You save a payment method and agree to a maximum total when joining. Your card is not charged just for selecting a watch. If the pool closes with enough confirmed commitments, Harbor2Arbor rechecks supplier availability, pricing and your authorization before processing payment.
5. Supplier fulfillment
Harbor2Arbor sources eligible watches through Swiss Watch Network. After successful payments and supplier-order verification, the supplier handles direct shipment to customers. Supplier stock can change during the buying window.
Frequently asked questions
Do all buyers have to choose the same watch?
No. Commitments across eligible models in the same price bracket count together toward the pool's quantity milestones.
When does a pool end?
The pool can close when Lucky 13 is reached or when its seven-day buying window expires. Reaching High Five or Power Ten unlocks a pricing milestone but does not by itself stop the pool.
Is every watch guaranteed to be available?
No. Supplier availability and costs are checked against a regularly updated feed, and eligible orders are rechecked before charging.
