Information used to run the shop

When you create an account, we store your name, email address and a protected password hash. Account access uses a login token stored in your browser. We use order details, shipping information and payment status to manage purchases, provide support and arrange fulfillment.

Payments and fulfillment

Stripe processes payments. Payment information entered in Stripe’s payment forms is handled by Stripe; Harbor2Arbor uses payment references and status to manage orders. Shipping and order information needed to fulfill a purchase is shared with our supplier, Swiss Watch Network.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and shopping activity. Analytics may use cookies and collect browser, device and interaction information. You can manage cookies in your browser. We do not intentionally include your name, email, shipping address or payment details in our custom shopping analytics events.

Optional pool emails

If you opt in to pool alerts, we record active browsing time and relevant pool interest while you are signed in to help select useful alerts. You can turn alerts off through your preference control or the unsubscribe link in an alert email. This preference is separate from order communications.
