Shipping & Returns

Individual retail purchases

Individual watches are offered at the fixed price on the watch's page. Standard shipping to US addresses is included in that price. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout using the delivery address. Shipping is handled through our watch supplier after successful payment and order verification.

Supplier inventory is checked before checkout, but a watch is not physically reserved until the supplier confirms the order. If an item cannot be fulfilled, Harbor2Arbor will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Delivery time depends on supplier processing and carrier transit time. We provide tracking when the supplier makes it available; we do not guarantee an exact delivery date.

Returns for individual watches

For an unworn, unused watch in original condition with its box, documents and included accessories, request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing Harbor2Arbor support. Include your order details. Do not ship a watch back without first receiving return instructions. A return is subject to inspection.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For an incorrect, damaged or defective watch, contact us promptly with photos and order details; we will address the issue and cover eligible return shipping as required. Refunds for accepted returns go to the original payment method after inspection and may take additional processing time at the card issuer.

Group-buy pools

Group-buy orders use the specific pool terms displayed at authorization. A commitment is not an immediate retail purchase: the final discount and whether your payment is collected depend on the pool reaching a closing threshold. Check the pool agreement before joining and contact us if you need help with an existing order.
